Service Policies

Service Hours & Turnaround

Standard services feature a 24-hour turnaround time. For expedited needs, same-day turnaround is available if items are picked up by 9:00 AM. Total turnaround is guaranteed to meet professional standards, provided pickup occurs during standard windows.

Pickup & Delivery Requirements

Pickup and delivery times are scheduled based on customer availability. If you signup for a subscription plan, a team member will verify pickup and delivery times for your order. Please ensure bags are fully closed at pickup; any overfilled bags will incur an additional $10 charge. Everclean Delivery Laundry Service is not responsible for items prior to pickup or following delivery.

Stain Treatment

We utilize advanced cleaning techniques to remove stains, though 100% removal cannot be guaranteed. To ensure the best results, all items requiring treatment must be bagged separately and clearly labeled as “Stain Removal.” Simply place your stain treatment bag inside your regular laundry item bag.

Laundry Handling & Water Temperature

All loads are washed in cold water to preserve fabric integrity, except for bleaching loads. Bleach loads also utilize detergent. Items requiring hang-drying will be folded along with the rest of your laundry following the drying process.  We do not mix customer laundry together, each customer's items are washed separately.

Unsanitary Items

For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse unsanitary laundry (including but not limited to blood, mold, urine, feces, pests, or hazardous materials). A $30 unsanitary fee will be assessed for the entire order if such materials are present.

Fees & Cancellations

A $25 cancellation fee applies if services are cancelled and not rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. We value your time and ask for timely notice to ensure service windows remain available for all clients.

Refunds

EverClean Laundry Service may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund or account credit when there is a clear service error (for example, missing items, an incorrect order, or a documented quality issue).

To be considered for a refund or credit, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details of the concern. We may request photos or other documentation. Refunds and credits are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
